What we collect
- Quote and booking requests: the service, area, property details, preferred dates, your name, phone number, email if you give it, your message and, if you answer, how you heard about us. We also note the first page you visited and the website or campaign that sent you (no cookies). These go to our booking system so the team can reply; a quote sent on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the same details.
- Visits: if you are a client with an email address, we may email you a reminder the evening before a visit and tell you if a visit moves or is cancelled.
- WhatsApp and phone: the messages and number you use to contact us.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, work permit status and anything you tell us about yourself, sent to us through our form provider (Web3Forms).
- Chat: the questions you type in the chat on this website and the answers given, so we can improve them. Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before saving, and questions are kept for up to 180 days. Please don't type codes, payment or personal details in the chat.
- Website analytics: if enabled, cookie-free, aggregated visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver the service, invoice you, and assess job applications. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we use to operate: WhatsApp (Meta), our form provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), Anthropic when we use AI to write chat replies (questions only, not stored by us with your name) and, where needed, our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a client: 12 months, then your name, contact details and message are deleted (we keep only the date, service and area, without your name, for statistics). Customer and invoicing records: as long as Maltese tax law requires. Job applications: up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us. We can send you a copy of what we hold about you, and delete your personal details (records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, stay). You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme choice, and the chat conversation while this tab is open, are saved only in your own browser.
